INFORMATION
Little Silver Motocross Park was founded in 2000 and is set in 18 acres of Devonshire countryside. The motocross track itself takes up approximately half the site, with the other half being the pits, paddock area, spectator parking and viewing areas. We also have a further 22 plus acres of additional parking next door for larger events if required.
The track itself is approximately one mile long, however the track can be shortened (or lengthened) to suit any clubs needs. The track is a minimum of five meters wide and in places opens up to ten meters. The track is surrounded by woodland on two sides which helps shelter the pits, paddock and spectator areas from the elements.
Little Silver Motocross Park is of course only a few minutes from the M5, A30 and A38, only a stones throw away from the city of Exeter. Little Silver Motocross Park could not be easier to find just off the A379 just past Frank Tuckers Garage. Access is available for large trucks and artics, with plenty of parking space and hard tracks to keep vehicle movement safe in almost all weather conditions. Please check out our “Directions” page for the exact location and the postcode for Satnavs. Access for larger events can be tailored to accommodate larger volumes of traffic.
The track itself is made up of a number of sections; waves, berms, ski jumps, step-ups, step-downs and table tops.
The start consists of 40 GP standard start gates taking you into a 88 meter start straight along the edge of the pits, turning left at the end of the straight and onto the main track. The start straight makes for some excellent viewing with spectators being able to get right up close to the action alongside the chestnut, post and rail fencing.
We have a 360 swing shovel and multiple tractors and implements to keep the track perfectly groomed for the weekend of racing. With over 15 years of experience we know how to tailor our preparation methods to suit the weather forecast. We run two tractor and water bowser units to keep the dust down in the summer, only using operators that really know what they are doing. We are able to run in all but the worst weather conditions. To keep up to date and for regular updates on track conditions ‘follow’ and ‘like’ us on Twitter and Facebook.
Little Silver Motocross Park has been used for a number of large events such as the opening and final round of the MAXXIS British Championship, which saw many top National, European and World class riders go head to head on our red sandy soils, such as Stephen Sword and Shaun Simpson in MX1 and Zach Osborne, Elliott Banks Browne and Jake Nicholls in MX2.
Most recently Little Silver MX hosted the Patchquick Trophy in 2015 and 2016 and successfully hosted the 2016 Matt Jones Memorial Cup. A number of great events with brilliant spectator numbers.
Little Silver MX has also hosted a number of BSMA Championship rounds, including hosting the final round of the series for a number of consecutive years. We have also had over the years gone past a successful and exciting entry of quad and sidecar rounds which are a favourite with spectators.
Of course, there are many local riders in the southwest who do battle at Little Silver Motocross Park, two of which include the very competitive Premier MX and the more local SWOR series.
On-site hot and cold refreshments provided by Nikki in the burger van.
Toilets available in the pits and parking areas.
Medics on site with 4×4 vehicles for every event.

As well as supporting many local businesses, we are pleased to have supported Kenn Valley YFC and the Devon Freewheelers the in 2015 and 2016.
